Ok while using the PayPal Website Payments Standard - IPN payment option in 1.3.9h everything appears to work fine until i get an order with the transaction type of "cleared-address" , When this happens i can not see the order listed under Orders, i can see it under Paypal IPN , but i cant see what was ordered....
Also i noticed it set's the order # to 0 everytime.......
it all works and bills the user's fine it just wreaks havoc on me/us trying to figure out what was ordered by the user when it wont show....

If you were to use Express Checkout instead then you would have a completed order and its corresponding details.
That's one reason why we strongly encourage using EC instead of Standard..
