Custom Twitter/Facebook Share On Confirmation Page?

Hi all -

What we are trying to implement is the ability for a user to click on a "share" button after checking out. This button would create a facebook or twitter post that would say what they purchased, as well as a custom text message (ie: Hey, I just bought [products] from [site]!)

Now where would we find this information? Just having a bit of a hang up finding where the order information is stored, or even the variable name that it uses. We feel that if we nail down where that info is, the rest would fall into place pretty easily.

Any suggestions where to look?
