Easy Populate help please

Hi all,
I am using the current version of zencart and am trying to upload a xml feed with ep. using my suppliers instructions but now I'm at a standstill.. I have ep installed, but I can't seem to figure out how to upload my datafeeds, I'm pretty sure it's a simple fix but if someone could help in layman's terms it would be appreciated.

Heres my suppliers instuctions, where the heck is the split ep file?!? P.S. my ep is in config. not tools, did I do something wrong on install?

Now you're ready to upload items.

You'll first need to grab our Zen Cart feed here: zencart.txt – right click and save it to a location you can find on your computer.

Select Tools→Easy Populate Go to “Split EP File”. Our datafiles are large and will not upload in one go. Do “browse” and select the zencart.txt feed you've downloaded.

Now you should see the split files listed below. Click on them one by one to insert the items into your database a thousand at a time.
Uploading images
Grab the zipfile of images from the datafeeds page. If you have “wget” installed you can do this:

wget /xml/stc_images.zip

These files need to be uploaded into the image directory of your Zen Cart install, in a subdirectory called “stc_images”. (Unzipping the file should create this directory for you.)
