admin panel/ configuration/ product listing/ Include Product Listing Alpha Sorter Dropdown

set to false

Hey Friends, greetings from Florida, I'm new in Zen, I had the same situation I removed successful the filter in admin site, thanks for the advice!!!, now in my template there is a center black box where the filter where and I have looked every where and I haven't find it, can you help?
