"I have looked at the other threads and can't find one that suits my question, so please forgive me if I have missed something.
Twice now (on different occassions and for no apparent reason) when I have been in the process of updating a status of an order I have gotten an internet error page and the order disappears from the order list in admin. I have checked the database and both orders are still there. The sale still appears in the reports and the client still shows as having ordered in No. of Orders under Customers. For all intents and purposes the orders are there except in admin orders. I assume the order is in some sort of limbo caught between update statuses but it doesn't appear even in the All Orders listing.
I would appreciate any help anyone can give in being able to reinstate the orders in the order list."
