Something about your URL re-writer, I'd guess. If I click on the link you provided, it resolves to http://www.iss-store.co.uk/catalog/i...oducts_id=9242, with: 'Sorry, the product was not found.'

For over 7 years now, we have followed a very strict rule when building zencart sites...
Rule: Never use any "SEO URL" module.
They cause more problems than they solve - and that's quite a few when you realise that they don't solve any problems in the first place.
20 years a Zencart User
Sorry i was trying something i think it maybe the URL SEO
http://www.iss-store.co.uk/catalog/m...r-p-13235.html
Once you have a product in the cart, the link to the product have this addition to the URL:
...products_id=13235:adf72255816da3f4814e11f194984199
which isn't a valid page id. I have no idea what that is.
stevesh, that's the attribute hash. It only appears if the product has attributes selected for it.
That in itself is not the problem.
The problem is the URL rewriting they're doing, wrongly.
Moving this out of the Bug Reports section, because it's not a bug with Zen Cart core code.
