To be honest your not getting much help because you have changed you zen cart code for your logo.
commented it out and moved it somewhere.

If you have left the original code in tact you would have probably had several helpers on your project.

That site on the bottom has logo on the left (like the original code you commented out) background same color as the logo then image links then the header serach.

I found you the buttons and you can place them anywhere you would like
