Can't Access Admin Page

Hey all, using Zen Cart 1.3.9b over here. I'm having problems accessing the admin page of the clone I made of my website. I cloned the site to a WAMP server I set up, and while the website itself works the back end is completely inaccessible. Here is the error I see:




I don't know why this is an issue, as I changed my configure.php file inside the admin/includes/ directory, as demonstrated here:

How can I rectify this problem? I need a site clone for testing purposes, but it doesn't do me any good if I can't modify it.

I went through a setup of zen cart step by step so I could determine when the problem started to appear. I could access the admin page after performing a fresh install, and I was also able to access the admin page after importing my database from the live site. The problem occurs after I take all my files of my live server and merge/replace all the files inside my clone's directory. After the files have been transferred over the admin page is inaccessible. Is it possible that there are files beyond configure.php that are being overwritten and are also important and necessary to access the admin page?

Did you remember to reset the permissions on the configure.php files after uploading the edited versions?

I fixed this issue by transferring individual folders from my 'www' directory so I could incrementally test where the problem was originating from. When I used this method the problem didn't recreate itself *shrug*
