Shop by Price Module.

Is there a shop by price module???

I just want a box on the side where you can select a price rage, and all products within that price range will show.

Unfortunately, there isn't a module for Zen Cart that does this. I've been considering writing one, but if I did I would probably charge some money for it. Is there any demand for such a mod?

Please do post it here and add it to the downloads section. If you don't want to bother packaging it up for the downloads section just post it all here and I will package it.

There's no need to purchase a mod for this... it's simple...

Just do an advanced search, with the values you are looking for ex... $20 to $40 (and remember to keep the keyword input box empty... delete whatever is in there)

then copy the link on the address bar ex (http://localhost/sepi/index.php?main...&dto=&x=29&y=4)

create a side box and use that as a link, and that's it.. it's too simple to be a mod for sale...

sorry man... I just don't see a reason for trying to sell something as simple as this...

You can certainly do that. My mod is admin configurable, creates the text for your sidebox for you or allows you to configure the text from the admin section, and formats the values for your currency so it does quite a bit more than this would do.

You are certainly entitled to your opinion. I've put a lot of effort into several modifications and I've released most of my work for free.
