UPSP Module: Configuring Flat rate Shipping Issue

Hello, I've looked all over the forums to see if anyone was having this same issue, but I couldn't find any answers. I am using zencart version 1.3.8 and I have the latest USPS module installed.

The issue I'm having is that I offer flat rate shipping as well as priority mail shipping via the USPS module. Items that are 1.5 lbs and under are given the option to be shipped in a small flat rate box. The problem, I'm having is I have 2 sample sets on my site that will not fit in the small flat rate box, but my customers are given this shipping option because the sample sets are under 1.5 lbs. I end up paying extra for the shipping because I have to ship their items in a regular package.

Is there anyway I can set priority mail shipping as the only option for just the sample sets?

Just change the weight to 1.6 lbs.
