Where is it found to set the length that a merchant or category/product name can be. I need to make it a wee bit more letters.I found where to let the site show it fully without truncating in the store listing but not where to actually let me add more letters to the name.

I think the field length is set in the database, so you would edit "varchar" in the applicable table.
