    Ok, Got it. Then they do a normal checkout process then after they pay for the item/product then Paypay directs them back to the store for the final process checkout process?

    When they return to your store, they select shipping, calculate the taxes, and click Confirm on the confirmation screen, as always. At that point PayPal charges their card/account transparently in the background and when that completes they're taken to Checkout-Success, as usual, and the order-confirmation emails are sent, as usual.
    Under normal circumstances they won't go back to the PayPal screen again, since they've already done that part. Only exception there would be if their card/account was declined because shipping/taxes took the price WAY UP HUGELY HIGHER than originally anticipated.

    Its like when they return as a customer and they purchase some items its like having their C.C. on file on my site.

    All that's on your site is their contact info, and if they complete a sale then also their order details. No payment data -- that's all stored at PayPal only.
