Please help! Background messed up!!

I was trying to change the estimator rate table text color and somehow messed up the sideboxes image...hopefully someone understand.

now i need this fixed and i need to still get the estimator rate text color changed.

ok back dated the stylesheet and fixed the other problems. i just need the rate table to be in black.
