    Default Adding new customer from admin ???

    Hi, I have added the "add_customers_from_admin_1-07" module to my cart. It will let me Create/Add a customer but it does not recognize the email address created for them to allow them to log in.
    Their also is no place to create a password for them in this module.
    I need a way to add someone from Admin so that they can log into the cart with their email address and a password.
    Ideas??

    I haven't used that mod, so I can't address that part.

    What I did in your situation (no create account possible for the public) is delete the customized files that removed the create account fields from the custom template folder(s), so the create account function works again, go to the site and quickly create the necessary account, and then upload the custom files again.

    Of course, we didn't have a lot of new members to add on a regular basis. It also helps if you strip the create account process down to just those fields you actually need.

    Hi Stevesh,
    WAY TO GO SPARTANS!!! When they got picked in the first OT thought they were all done. What a game.. OK done with that...LOL

    I guess that could work if I had to. No other modules or options to add people to the customer list with a password Aeeh.
    Their are about 300 members and I was thinking of taking a spreed sheet and uploading them into the data base then running the master password module on them to start them out and let them change them after word. But just adding one person I hoped would be easier.
