Pressed Reset category master ID, now my products are deleted, not showing... DISAST

I pressed rester master category ID because two of my products stopped showing, just a blank screen..

Now after I reset master category ID some products have been deleted, not showing, some funtions in ZenCart are not working properly.... I have no late backup of my database... I'm ############..

What DO I do? It will take weeks to set up the store again if I have too...

What's happened????

Can I fix it in an easy way? I can access admin and everything is working there.. When I take down the site for maintenance it just comes up as a blank screen...

when I press update sort order the store pings out...I have a million attributes and products... I will start to cry soon...lol

Your Hoster should have a recent backup of your database, if not your entire site. Contact them to see if they can help.

I have phoned them, public holiday so will just have to wait till Wednesday before anything can be done..Hopefully they will havea back up

everything gone really wierd with my site... the products are there through links but not through the categories menu...

my shopping cart is not updating, it goes blank. you can not pay for any products, the site goes blank...

It started when I had a look at two products earlier today, the screen just went blank when I clicked on them.. HOWEVER...

Everything has been working FINE with better together mod until today... But the better together mod is the latest one I have installed and it concerns those products...

But everything went bonkers when I clicked on update master category ID. so wish I did a database backup before... Seem to have lost all my old ones too... this is scary...

I can not use the tutorial page for ZEN CART, no pictures are showing and just blank text.. can not do any searching anything..Got new version of Internet explorer

Using ZenCart 1.3.9
Not been upgraded since last version
I have recently installed site admin and better together
No major customisations, I use the ZenCart template etc
The hosting company should not have done any changes lately (asked them for my most recent backup now tho)
