I am wondering if there is a way I can have it where I only ship to the USA and add taxes to my state only? I don't want to ship international and I need to charge taxes for my state. I was trying this in the zone definitions, but I am stuck. I manage to set up taxes for NC. But I only want to ship to the USA only. Now when I set up the zone definitions and put USA and all zones. I get the yellow button Zones Defined but not Taxes. When I put the tax in the USA it will not tax everyone, not just my state. I hope I am making sense. I searched everywhere and I can't find the answer.
