I am new in zen Cart. I have successfully installed in local host. I am going to make a eCommerce site. I want some user can make their own shop in my site but at different folder. They will manage their own shop and i want to take commission if their product purchased by the customers. Is it possible?
Please help me.

No. Zencart isn't intended for that purpose, and it would require considerable custom coding to make it behave that way.
Try Googling ecommerce mall software.
