Under my USPS shipping method we ship with Priority Mail...next to the priority mail it says "(2 - 3 days)". Does anyone know how to get rid of the "(2 - 3 days)" text. I tried using the developer tools kit but I couldn't find the text through there.

admin/modules/shipping/usps shipping/edit/USPS options. Uncheck display transit time.
