Just had a customer from Belgium place an order for 11 items, she encountered this error "internal fault with the processor program - programmation error on the website".

I logged into her account(cart) using a master password and tried to check out, just hangs on a blank page.

I tried to checkout with a teat customer account with 11 items and had no problem getting to the checkout screen.

Is this a problem with foreign addresses? The customer is still waiting to continue the order, please help, thank you.
