Trouble pasting tekst from Word into product descriptions

Hi guys,

I am just having this strange issue for almost 2 years now, but it is really annoying me now as I am uploading new products. Maybe it is a known issue and somebody knows how to fix it, but it drives me mad.

This is the issue:

When I want to add a new product, I just enter into my admin and from there into the HTML tekst editor and eventually in the screen where I would enter my product description. Now, it does not matter if I write my tekst into that description box directly or copy/paste it from word, whenever I want to see a preview of the tekst, it is totally altered: the fonts have changed, the line spaces have changed, sometimes the tekst color is changed, when I make use of bullet point there are strange other signs appearing, normal tekst turns into Heading etc.

Then I have to start changing every bit again, manually, and do trial and error until I have something that looks a little close to my original setup in word or the description box directly.

Does someone have any idea how I can solve this issue please??

problem with copying form word, is that , you also copy Styling that are part of word documents . those styling get applied to your description and as such you end up with text that are different then what you want.
also those styling are inline styling and your stylesheet,css can not override them .

you better enter your description either directly or copy them from different editor.

when you type directly into online editor . switch to html view and see if there are any additional styling being applied to your text.
if so , you may change your editor and use newer editor from free addon section .
