Hi there - I am exporting customer order data to a product fulfillment company I am using. When I export the Total_Weight every order the total_weight = -1. When I follow the order process thru to paypal I see the weight is actually as calculated from the items within the order to create the proper postage and label. I have also checked the sql database and there it does show that every order has a contast value of -1. Is there some kind of switch that needs to be turned off to eliminate this constant value for total_weight = -1?

Default Zen Cart core code does NOT store the total weight for an order. Instead it calculates it on-the-fly when displaying order details, using the quantity ordered and the product's own weight per item.
So, your total_weight=-1 issue appears to be related to addons or code-alterations you've done to your site.
Thus, moving this out of the Bug Reports section, as it's not a Zen Cart bug..

Dr. Byte - I am trying to find out if anyone else has installed an add-on that has caused this issue. I know the issue is NOT ZenCart and I have not customized any code - I don't even know how to code. I would like my posting to remain so I may receive help on this issue. Thank you - Jeff
