VISA packing slip / invoice requirements?

VISA has a document showing what is "required" on all card-absent receipts.

The part that caught my attention is the section on Payment Type. As shown, they want the card type shown (VISA in this case), the last 4 digits of the credit card number, Authorization Code, and Transaction Type. As far as I know, the default Zen Cart invoice and packing slips do not have this information on them.

Does anyone know if this is a valid requirement and/or required by Mastercard, Discover, & American Express? FWIW, the Visa document has a copyright date of 2008.

All that information is on the order-confirmation email, which is the transaction receipt, and is sent to the customer immediately upon payment completion. It's also available in the customer's order history.
