CSS changed with server change

This is odd -
I move a clients zen cart from one server to another and the css went all messed up -

Server A which is highly customized and works great:

New server which seems to be ignoring or something is out of whack...

Any idea what could be causing this - they are both the same 1.3.9h version - they both have the same exact files on both and same exact css...

You have an additional stylesheet (stylesheet_tm2.css) on the new server. If I remove the contents from that, the site seems to straighten out.
