I need to update / increase all prices and don't have a list of all products...or a way that I can change all the prices without clicking into every single category and product to make sure nothing gets missed. Is there a way to print a list of all products on the site?

Are you increasing all your prices by a set amount - say by 10% ?
If ALL your prices are going to be increased by a percentage value, then you can run a shot SQL script through "Install SQL Patches".
