Deleted Stock still showing - HELP

I fear I've done something wrong when deleting stock from my store. I deleted the category without deleting the products in that category first and the deleted stock is still showing up in my store. All relevant files are deleted from the admin area as well as my download file in cpanel. How do I actually get the items that are deleted, deleted from the store and not show up anymore.

I'm pretty new to this so please be gentle with me :-)

I'm using the 1.39 version of zencart.

Zen Cart's admin doesn't let you delete categories that contain products. How did you delete the category?

I'm using version 1.39
No upgrades
No addons
Zencart was installed by my host
No customisation except for own template
No to the other questions. Couldn't find any results that matched my problem.

In my admin area I deleted a category. In that category I had a selection of products. Instead of deleting the products in that category first, I deleted the actual category. Zencart didn't stop me from deleting them as they weren't linked to anything and said it was safe to delete.

After realising what I had done I then removed all the files from the attributes area and elsewhere.

However the deleted products are still showing in my store at http://snappy-scrappy.com. I have searched everywhere to try and find these files but can see nothing??? HELP PLEASE

What "files" are you talking about?
What "attributes" area?
and how did you "remove" them?

Also products are NOT "files". They are entries (records) in the database.

OK if you click on All Products, the first thing you see is a blank image with details about one of my christmas kits.

If you scroll further down the page, you can see other christmas kits still showing which have been deleted.

I deleted the category from my admin area by clicking the red x. I then deleted the zipped files from my download file in cpanel. As the deleted products were still showing on my store, I went back to the admin area and deleted any christmas files I found by going through the option names/values and attributes.

Having done all that the products are still showing in my store? I can see them as clear as day when I view the page????

I cannot get into your site to see the issue ...

When you are able to access your site ... can you post a URL to a Product that you can still see that you cannot see in the Admin?
