Default Welcome Emails (HTML format only) missing all letter "n"

Can someone please advise how to fix this? My welcome emails are missing the letter "N". I'm currently using V1.39H.

I just created an account on your site, and my welcome email contains a full complement of N's. Matter of fact, there are two extra ones - your site's URL has '.nn' rather than '.com'

Do you know what I need to do to correct this? I used to work correctly.

I notice that the email sends correctly only as a text file. The HTML versions has the missing "N". Please advice.

Thank you DrByte, but that didn't work. Please see a sample of the email below. It only displays this way in html format.

That's officially the strangest problem I've seen here. Some observations that might help someone spot something:

I created another account and selected HTML emails. All the Ns are missing from the email content and from the markup (<strog>), but not from comments in the code (<!-- end gv/coupon section -->).

The Ns appear properly from the 'Sincerely' on down through the footer.

FWIW, Spam Assassin flagged the message as possible SPAM.

Yes, rather strange. Seems like an overaggressive and malfunctioning stripping of "n" while it's cleaning out "\n" or something.

What happens if you temporarily replace your custom email welcome template in the /emails folder with the original version ?
