PHP Warning: strpos() [function.strpos]: Offset not contained in string

Hi all, hope some one can help me with this.

Zen version: 1.3.9h. php: 5.2.9. Server: Linux. No upgrade. Addon: Apsona. Hosting Company: Webhosting UK.

Have looked at other post on this subject with no help from it.

I have approx 8000 products in data base from one manufacturer. loaded up with Apsona. If I go to sales maker I can put a sale on.
As soon as I put any more products into data base and go to sales maker for the new manufacturer I then get an Internal Server error with the following code from my catch folder; PHP Warning: strpos() [<a href='function.strpos'>function.strpos</a>]: Offset not contained in string in /home/******/******/my-admin-name-here/includes/functions/general.php on line 1301.

Have contacted hosting company and they have reported back saying it is a PHP code error, but I can't seem to see any problem with the code!

This problem is only when trying to add more manufacturers to the sale.

Any help would be very appreciated.

Hi all.

Ok found the problem to this issue (for me any way).

It's due to server maximum balance limit.

Due to the size of the CSV file import.
