Can't add Attributes to products

I'm trying to add a new product and when I to to add the attributes it goes to the index page of the Admin panel when I click "Insert". And doesn't add the attributes to the product.

I've had this site up and running for a few months with this version of Zen Cart and not had any problems. I'm not sure why it suddenly won't add attributes.
