my business has been running two years and no problems with order before. yet an order just came through because I got an email stating that and a paypal receipt saying an order was placed but when I login to my store, the order is not showing up. any idea why? I can't figure anything out. nothing has changed at all. secondly, is there a way to manually put in orders? because I do not see that anywhere either
