Per Weight Unit shipping does not work!

Just to say that the perweight is now working fine - except for not adding up more than one item in the total, but I have another thread open for that problem.

Now I have been asked to set up an overseas shipping. I guess this can be done through a module but having searched through the Forum most of what I read is way over my head.

The current setup is P&P per weight where "weight" is the P&P cost within the United Kingdom. I just need to add an option to use overseas P&P rates (marked up by us on the site).

Is this a case of a module being able to spot the address is not UK and using the alternative P&P cost?

I really do need an idiot's guide on this.
