We despatch goods worldwide from UK using Royal Mail. We have a contravt with them who divide the world into UK, Europe and Rest of World.

We want to charge delivery on a similar basis so will have a fixed delivery charge per order for each of the 3 regions or one for each product.

Do We need an add on to achieve this ?
