I am setting up shipping for the first time and am not quite sure how to combine the different methods to accomplish what I want to do.

Product line is simple - bottles of BBQ sauce. My client wants to make a "flat per item but scalable" shipping rate that does NOT rely on any particular shipper. In other words, the shipping charges we want are:
$9.00 for 1-3 bottles:blink:
$1.00 per additional bottle.
Complicating matters is the products are listed as
3-flavor variety pack of 3 bottles
1-flavor 1 bottle (3 flavors avail).
So they can just choose a variety pack, or mix and match.
Variety pack plus 2 of flavor A would be $9+$1+$1.

I'm not sure how to set that up. If I have to, I just won't list a variety pack, but I'd really like to.
