Okay I was just wondering, thought they did as some other systems actually show that info.
Question,
I want to pull products third party (the term I will use for this purpose). Let me explain:
I want to offer products that are offered through other sites: example: see the link - http://www.cafepress.com/make/custom-t-shirts
What I would like to be able to do is have my customers be able to select these items from my site and use the cafepress site's designer to place the order, which in turn is then processed through my site.
Does Zencart have the capabilities to do this? or is this even possible? If so, how?
I don't know about this, but from my understanding it shouldn't be possible. Why would cafepress like you to use their resources?
In the last week I crossed a thread with a site that had a shirt design tool implemented; i'd suggest you look for a tool like that to put in your site; you can look for the threads in the last week or so, either here in templates etc. or in the general forum..
Anyhow, I believe it would be better for you to start new threads for each unrelated topic you have, you'll get more chances to have others help you.
If I had a solution for your last question I wouldn't know by the title of this thread.
Understood....
As for cafepress' position, they offer the ability to sell their products through their site by setting up your own, and if the are selling a product and you are adding a commission, why would they care. to them a sale should be a sale., I will re-post this question on the forums, where is a good question. I will also try to contact them and see if there are any ways they have made this possible....
