    Default Customers receive an order confirmation email!

    Hey!
    I am having trouble with getting the order confirmation sent, it is not being sent to either the customers or the admin, the orders does appear in the admin area.

    The E-Mail Options looks like this:

    I use paypal as a payment solution. customers receive update emails and welcome email but no confirmation. what can this come from?

    Most likely you are using the PayPal Website Payments Standard module, and haven't properly configured your server and your store and your PayPal account so that PayPal can talk to your store to tell it about new orders. That's the old way PayPal can be used to "bandage" payment into a store.
    If you want a more reliable way, where PayPal completes the transaction immediately while the customer is still active on your site, simply switch your store to use the Express Checkout module instead. Then you won't have the symptoms you're complaining about today.

    Okay. Thank you. I have corporate account paypal us. but can not find the site pro for signing. it is not left when I click the Merchant Services tab.
    what is this?

    I didn't say anything about "pro". I said Express Checkout.

    "Pro" is a completely different product, which provides a different service, and has additional fees associated with it. I wasn't suggesting that. (You can use it if your site has SSL and you want to offer that product, but that's outside the scope of this discussion.)

    "Express Checkout" is the more modern version of "Standard", hence the recommendation.

    Yep, thanks for the help:)
    I've got the express check out now and order confirmation is sent out:)
    But now I wonder: possible to change paypal button?
