Can I set up free shipping at one (sub)category only?
Table rates would apply to all others categories as set up in Admin area.

Zen cannot set different shipping rules based upon the product or category. You could set-up the product as 'Always Free Shipping'. Or there are add-on modules that can set rules by product and category.
