Yes, I did call that number and they did set me up, but I don't think my question above is related to setting up CP account.

It is about the handling charge, which does not seem to work regardless of whether it's added in the module or in the SellOnline account.
Module returns me correct shipping cost for the weight and dimensions now, but I can't seem to be able to factor in the cost of packaging materials and labour thru the handling charge.

Can somebody explain how I can get lettermail rates working? Even the smallest packages I am setting up such as 0.01kg and 20x10x1cm get charged parcel rates. Lettermail enabled in the mod.
