Centering the whole page

Hey everyone! first time here.

how do i center the whole page? because there's a big gap after my footer and it doesn't look too good. which file do i have to edit? i tried looking but i just couldn't find anything. thank you for your help!

i'm sorry guys, i think it's a resolution thing because on my computer it looks fine but on others there's a gap. It's ok, i can live with it!

I do have another question though

If you see up top under the navigation, It says WHITE WINES. that's a category i made just as a sample but i don't want it there. i turned off the categories sidebox but it didn't do anything.

Also that line where it says SIGN IN & REGISTER, how do i move that all the way up?

To remove the categories menu, (your white wines thing), go in to configuration/layout settings and change categories-tabs menu on/off to 0.
