Change breadcrumb home text

I've been looking in the forum and I see posts about changing or removing the breadcrumb link but I would like to change the Home breadcrumb text from "Home" to "Store Home".

when I update HEADER_TITLE_CATALOG it changes both the breadcrumb text and the header text for the home link.

I want the Header to read "Website" and the Breadcrumb to read "Store Home"

Can someone point me in the right direction?

I had looked at that one before, but couldn't make it work. I mucked with it again and made it happen.

You can always hardcode a particular breadcrumb link.
