iframes, security and youtube

Hi,

I have recently been playing with embedding youTube videos directly onto my products page.

These are just videos from WEGA, the manufacture of the machines I am about to sell on my first Zen Cart Website.

YouTube video embedding method uses the iframe, and that method has a bad reputation because it is one way hackers can spoof a website etc.

I was hoping for some advice from more experienced Zen Cart users about the security of this. I am new to Zen Cart and coming from a CMS dev background, e-commerce levels of security has never played role in my life, or posed any problems. Hence the questions.

Is it safe? Should I continue and not be worried or should I find an alternative method? Will this cause me any future problems with
a) security / hackers
b) PCI scans

Far as I know, there are no security issues caused by inserting iframes videos in product descriptions or EZ pages.

Using <iframe> purely for information enhancement should not present any problems, and should be fine, both on EZpages, define pages, and even in the product descriptions.

Problems will arise if you try to put transactional processes into an iframe - such as your payment processor, or your sign-up system, or your entire site embedded in another one.
