Hello Zen Cart peeps,
I am having trouble trying to figure out what field in the product table contains all the categories when multiple categories have been associated with a product. I have about 600 products to import to Zen Cart form an export that I have made from a POS system. I am not new to data but I am new to Zen Cart and don't understand how in Zen Cart you can select multiple categories to a product and yet when you go to export or import said product the only fields that have anything to do with categories is Category and Master Category. For testing purposes I created 5 categories and applied them all to a few products in Zen Cart then exported the products and all the fields that apply to the products table. "at least all the fields that you can export using Apsona ShopAdmin." Yet in the only two fields that I can find related to categories only contain 1 category in Category or Master Category even though I associated all 5 test categories to the products that I exported. not one field has multiple just one cat to one field.
My problem is that I have over 600 products to import to Zen Cart the require an average of 8 categories per product. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I was able to import all the categories from the POS to Zen Cart without issue. I just fear that I am going to have to edit each and everyone of these products in order to resolve this.
