Hello

I have noticed that when I log into my admin/home page some of the items under the tools menu are not in the drop down list.

The following are missing from the list

Database Backup
Cache Control
Define Languages

also it seems that none of my admin access menu is completely gone.

Any help where I can trouble shoot this issue would be greatly appreciated.
