Morning All :)

I have noticed a handy little feature in the admin panel whereby you can make customers tick to accept terms and conditions as part of the checkout process, there is a paragraph of text along with a link to the terms page and then a tick box. Now want to use this feature in another way, as all I want to do is find the file where I can alter this text so a customer can accept a specific term regarding delivery then tick the box to accept.

As all I need to know is the path to the file where I will find this text so I can alter it?
