Table Rate Shipping Incorrect

Hi all,

I'm having some difficulty with table rate shipping. Here are my settings.

Max Package Weight = 24.2
Large Package Tare = 0:0
Small Package Tare = 0:0

My shipping scheme looks like this:
0:0.00,5.2:4.90,12.2:10.85,24.2:14.65

Here's the problem... I add a product that weighs 96 lbs. to the cart... I am charged the correct rate ($14.65 * 4 = $58.60). Then I add one more item to the cart that weighs 1.0 lbs. My cart now has a total of 97 lbs. in it.

Now, for some reason, I am being charged another $14.65 for one more pound. It should only be charging $5.20, not $14.65.

I hope I explained this well enough. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

It divides the weight and comes up with:
5 x 19.40lb

and that is:
5 x 14.65 = $73.25

Zones does not pick multiple charges for the rates, but rather picks the 1 rate to charge per box ...

OK... that makes sense. I am using Zone Shipping. Is there a different module that will allow multiple different charges instead of picking just 1?

I think you will need to write a custom shipping module to manage this for you ...

I made a mistake, it should be charging me $4.90.... not $5.20... I was looking at the wrong number.

However, the problem remains the same. Any help? Thanks!
