Is there a Dropship Supplier Interface addon?

Hello, Im wondering is there is a module or a paid module somewhere that I might purchase if it's good for what I want.

Im am a wholesale distributor and I would like to dropship from my customers as they collect the payment for shipping and everything and then they place that order with me and I charge them for the order and shipping cost. Then I ship to their customers and when I ship to their customers an email is sent to that dropshipper letting them know that we shipped their order out to their customer.

I would also like to have several pricing options for the amount of quantity they purchase for instance if they buy 12 its a higher price than if they bought 72pcs. of a product. A perfect example of this would be a website named dropship.koleimports.com I already use them but I am building a new site with only my products, about 500products. Please let me know is this can be done.

Since we are talking about drop shipping, I am interested in a dropship module for ZenCart 1.5 that will let me send purchase orders to my supplier for them to dropship.

I am using zen cart to do exactly that, the only issue i had was shipping to multiple addresses on one order which has now been solved, zens built in functions and afew free addons can handle most if not all of the other requirments like discounts group pricing etc.
