I have problems uploading files

Hi,

I have been trying to install a mod for XML sitemap and all files are where they should be as far as i can see but for some reason Filezilla is reducing the file size once i have uploaded it and it is affecting the install process. The files are the correct size for a split second and the FileZilla takes it upon itself to reduce some of them slightly. Any suggestions would help massively. Thanks

Do you have the file type set correctly, IE ASCII or Binary?

Have set it to binary and it works fine. All the file sizes are the same. Thanks.
