Adding countries in my store?

Hi there,

I am writing to you from Norway, bacause I've searched the Norwegian Zen cart forum, and I just do not get it
So, therefore I am trying here;

I have a zen cart store, and I was planning to only sell to people in Norway, so I did not ever do anything about the taxes and countries and stuff. I now want to add the Scandinavian countries, but I do not know how to...

Since Norway isn't part of the Eurpean Union, I need to give my (future) scandinavian customers prices without taxes. I have never bothered about cinfiguring the taxes in the first place, because when I first tried to do so it all messed up...

So I need to know how to get hte taxes configured properly for Norway, and what to do to add the Scandinavian contries and to get their prices listed without any taxes!

Then, I would also appreciate if someone could tell me how to do about the shipping. I use the Norwegian Post price list, and I guess it is supposed to work for worldwide shipping, but for some reason no matter what country I choose, it is way to cheap.
I do not know if anyone in here could possibly know about Norwegian shipping modules, but could it be that I got something wrong somehwere else that makes my shipping prices go bananas?
It works perfectly within Norway, but if someone wants to order from abroad, they are charged the same as my neigbour

You can add back any missing countries by using the original SQL INSERT statements in the /zc_install/sql/mysql_utf8.sql file.

As for Scandinavian taxes and shipping/postage, I've no experience with the tax or shipping practices in that part of the world. Perhaps someone who does can chime in.
