Attribute Images Won't Display Horizontally

I added attribute images, and I cannot get them to display in a horizontal row. They will only display vertically.
I currently have the "Cord Color" attribute (the one in question) options as attribute images per row: 8 (although I have tried lessening it in case it could not fit them all in there, but even with 2 or 3 it is vertically displayed), and attribute style for Radio Buttons/Checkbox: 3. I am using a radio button on that attribute.

I'm using 1.3.9h.
It was upgraded when that version came out, from the previously available one, with Dreamhost's one click upgrade.
The only add on I have is Grid Layout, and I added it a month or so ago, no problems with that. Uploaded via FTP and zc_install.
I created my own template and tweaked some files to adjust wording display, and the order things are displayed on the product pages.

This is not covered in the FAQ area, it should display properly.
I could not find a thread in the Forums that covered this, it seemed only things where people did not have the correct setting selected or it was just one product affected.
I did not add any attribute images until the past few days, so I only discovered this problem then. My host company has not done anything, and when I adjust files I only deal with the exact code to change the css, layout through putting things in a different order in my product info page, or changing the default text to display for something.
I have been live for a couple years.
