My clients website is getting this error

1226 User 'sweetnsa_zc1' has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 1)
in:
[select configuration_key as cfgkey, configuration_value as cfgvalue from zen_configuration]

I tried to use this fix found in the forums but when I did the page said We are having problems connecting to our databases

If you're having a "db user exceeded" problem, then your hosting account is slightly underpowered for your site. The *best* solution is to switch to a hosting company that doesn't impose unrealistically low restrictions on your account.

That is the only solution that makes sense. Now you have this problem but once this one is solved you will get other problems like a slow site etc. all because the hosting is not right.

It is Host Gator and so far they are being no help lol lol
