    Default Cleared-multicurrency problem

    Hi there,
    I'm using Zen-Cart v1.3.9h and I've noticed that in the page "PayPal Instant Payment Notifications" there are some orders (Transaction Type: Cleared-multicurrency) which I've received the payment for, but on the contrary when I go on the "Orders" page, the same orders don't appear.
    So I don't know which items my clients have ordered and paid for, unless I don't write to them asking which stuff they ordered (not very professional).
    How can I make those orders appear in the "Orders" page and not only in the "PayPal Instant Payment Notifications" page?

    You want to remove Paypal IPN and install Paypal Express.

    I'd prefer not, but if there aren't other options, I would eventually.

    Also, the main problem is how to make old orders appear in the "orders" page as well?
    I can't keep on writing to all my clients!

    Switching to the much-more-stable Paypal Express will solve that problem. That's why I recommended it. As for your customers' experience, there's no difference between the two.

    I've just tried, but the older orders still don't appear in the "orders" page, but only in the "PayPal Instant Payment Notifications" page
