looking to clone my site to create another website that run exactly like my current site.

I have copied all the files over and the database and have the site running on my server but is there a way i can wipe all the customers, orders, products, cross sell, etc etc

so i left with an empty site with all my mods installed ready to start a fresh?

if you want a clean database you can just reinstall the zencart DB file, if you have any mods that used the DB they will also be lost so be sure to backup before trying.

Or you could go into phpadmin and truncate those specific table you want emptied (as in delete all the info and leave an empty table), takes a few minutes at most.

I do this everytime I make a new site.

As mentioned above, go into phpmyadmin, and delete all the entries (not the tables) in the customers tables, customers details, orders, ordershistory, paypal status etc. You'll figure it out if you have a browse..
